William J. Parulis

WJP was organized by William J. Parulis, a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor. Parulis is a 1972 graduate of Minersville Area High School and a 1976 graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland and a Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania.
